Outplacement and Transition Services

Dealing with individuals during a restructuring or change management process can be difficult especially with those who are directly affected.  At Neil Dawn Associates our aim is to help businesses and individuals through the trauma of transition in a positive and caring manner.  It is our belief that when career transitions are handled well it provides positive benefits to employers as well as employees.  

Our bespoke programmes harness the latest thinking in career change management, making them totally relevant to today’s working environments.  Whether it is for those who have new responsibilities as a result of change, or those who are no longer able to meet their responsibilities at work due to stress or personal problems. Our caring and considerate approach enables individuals develop confidence and self-esteem to rebuild their careers.

Each programme is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and the outcomes of the Company.  In this way we are able to assist the organisation through the transition and facilitate individual progress towards their future goals.

Individual programmes range form a 10 hour to 3-month programme of weekly meetings with a counsellor to support individuals in making a positive transition. Typically programmes include: -
