Creating High Performance Teams

The ability to continually to out perform the competition is dependant on how well people work together to make the whole greater than the sum of the parts.  New ways of thinking and learning processes about developing ‘high performing teams’ make this a must for anyone involved in team leading and development.

Day 2

Emotional Intelligence of Team
What is emotional intelligence?
Developing team spirit.

Skills Development

Creating the competent team.
Team-working skills identified.
Thinking and reflection.


Holding Skilful Conversations
The importance of dialogue.
Developing skilful conversations.
Advocacy V Inquiry.
Practice in skilful discussion.

This “learning” Programme uses techniques that increase individual’s ability to learn and a desire to implement new learning. Each session will be highly participative, with practical exercises and plenary discussions.
