This programme is designed specifically for managers whose organisations are going through a “change” programme or wish to develop their workforce to become more involved and flexible in a more frenetic business environment.

Accelerating learning
Learning styles.
Competence in the workplace.
Knowledge capture.
 

Developing Effective Leadership Skills
Communicating with others.
Coaching and counselling.
Setting team and individual goals and targets.
 


This “learning Programme” uses techniques that increase individual’s ability to learn and a desire to implement new learning. Each session will be highly participative, with practical exercises and plenary discussions
