Interviewing Skills and Techniques

Carrying out interviews is fast becoming an everyday occurrence for managers, supervisors and team leaders. Whether the interview is a performance, appraisal, recruitment and selection or a disciplinary interview the skills are very similar. Whatever the context of the interview how well it is carried out can be extremely beneficial and rewarding. Whether it is: -

This practical programme sets out to give prospective and experienced interviewers the necessary inter-personal skills, tools and techniques to feel confident during the interview, as well as achieving the appropriate outcome.

Practice in Interviewing skills
Delegates have the opportunity to practice new skills and techniques in safety.
Feedback given on the interviews.
