This
programme has been designed for people who have to
give presentations as part of their job.
Skilful presenters are able to gain the
attention of their audience and through a process
of careful preparation are able to present the
topic in a competent and confident manner.
The
learning programme takes delegates through a three
stage processes in which the tools and techniques
