Instructional
Techniques
This
5-day programme has been designed for people who
are responsible for training others. People
trained effectively are less likely to make errors
and are more likely to maintain consistency in
meeting quality and efficiency requirements.
Effectively
trained instructors also ensure a robust approach
to training, consequently, trainees are able to
make better judgements and solve problems
requiring less supervision.
The
programme concentrates on how trainers teach new
trainees job and task skills. Delegates learn the
practical and inter-personal skills of
“Instructional Techniques”. In addition
delegates will develop and have practice in job
and task analysis.
This enables trainers to create
training manuals and programmes of instruction. On
completion of the course trainees will receive a
certificate of competency and attendance.
