Whole
Brain Thinking
How
we interpret what we see and hear into meaningful
information largely depends on how we think.
Understanding our whole brain profile
enables us to understand our thinking style
preferences and consequently their strengths and
limitations. The Whole Brain Workshop is a
practical programme that takes delegates through
their own thinking styles, helping them understand
how these impact on themselves and others.
Throughout this process people build a
greater understanding of themselves that enables
them to develop their decision making and problem
solving capabilities. The Whole Brain thinking
model can be also applied to: -
Leadership development
Team leader and team development programmes
Self awareness programmes
Assembling more diversified and balanced work
groups
Organisations
who have used the Whole Brain process have seen
people’s thinking and learning abilities
accelerate and grow beyond expectations. More effective communication and a greater tolerance of
others within organisations have improved when the
process has been part of a workforce development
programme. The Whole Brain Thinking Workshop is a
thought provoking and stimulating experience.
