 Hands on Approach

At home in the boardroom or the shop floor. Neil has developed considerably from his younger days as an engineer with GEC.  One of his most recent assignmenst was with Coca-Cola, Ballina creating a learning organisation. Prior to this Neil was working with senior management teams in some of the UK’s blue chip companies such as British Steel, Marks and Spencer and United Biscuits. He also has experience of advising government on change management and literacy issues in industry.
